I don't think I did this quite right. I always split the caps into rizla bombs, cos I'm vegetarian and the caps have gelitine. I mixed it with some raz, but I did a little bit over a few days and shared it with people so never really lifted off, think I could have if I'd done them all! Will try again. |

These are great if you fancy a good night down the pub or club, it's like having foru cans of red bull, so it will get you talking but yet you can still enjoy the drinking side which you cant with other pills. Think of this as a turbo boost on a racing game. |

I dabbled with several Herbal Highs products many years ago and found most of them had no other effect than making me feel nauseous or anxious. In the end I discovered shrooming and didn't care any more. The only pills I actually found in any way pleasant or useful were these EX-1s. Very much like drinking a lot of strong coffee, but the effects last longer and I don't feel any anxiety on these. In fact there is normally a slight feeling of euphoria and a marked drop in appetite which lasts for many hours. I am a fat bloke and quite lethargic, particularly when I have been working a lot of night shifts. These pills seem to counter my tiredness and I get very energetic and pro-active for a few hours, and I don;t feel like stuffing my face with junk when I am on these. (I would not recommend them as a diet pill however; if you take these for several days in a row your stomach will start to hurt - I speak from experience.)
The reason for my purchase all these years later has been to stop wasting my nights off and get some music done. I take 2 at the start of the night and then fall asleep for a couple of hours while they take effect. Then I wake up feeling alert and on top of the world and start recording. A few hours later I top it up with another pill, and then another one an hour later washed down with Red Bull. By the end of the night I am feeling pretty shagged out, cold and dry -mouthed (these pills seem to make me cold and thirsty) but it will have been a really constructive night and I get some good dancey tunes out. I'd buy them more frequently if they were cheaper. |

For ex-1's it depeneds what you want. If you want them to stay awake all night then they are perfect. However if you are going to a club or party or rave whatever then I recommend mitseez. The buzz of ex-1s is not great I took 8 and it was decent but mitseez SO much betta for a nite out. |

I only took 1 as i dont like 2 get 2 high, it was enough 2 give me a good rush. my friend took 3 and thought they were great. iv bought them 3 times. best thing is no feelin crap the next day. |

Took all three, emptied into a shot of fruit juice, because I can't do gel caps, but it also gives a quicker hit.
Gave me some good blood rushing skin tingles without the usual saucer eyes. They are not hardcore, but I had fun with them. They are cheap, natural, don't give you a bad head after and they are not intensely morish. I would recommend them and have ordered some more. |

Thus I'm gonna tell my experiments of EX-1(pure sida cordifolia).The prolem is that these extracts are very not powerful enough.I hoped consuming a nice dose ; but unfortunately i've been disappointed.THC tells that only 4pills consumned is nice for having a good ' trip 'but the 4 pills was too weak, thus finally I took 12pills to get a buzz(...)&effecs not similar to ephedra which are also powerful than speed coke or amphetamines(ecstasy-FMP..)...my Story is not usual : firstly sida cordifolia contains mainly pseudoephedrine(not powerful substance) ;but the ephedrine (or ephedra) is really as good as a strong amphetamine .may be also cause sida cordifolia doen't contains any compounds like the methcatinone and a lot of ephedrine.May be it would be nice for teens the effects are really too weak. About the ephedrine or ephedra, the buzz of ephedra sinica or ephedrine one(HCl) really gives you a strong buzz, speedey, no sensation of physical nor psychic weakness.no appetite, euphoria, sleeplessness(....) cause methcathinone(khat) and ephedrine are strong in ephedra but not in cordifolia.Ephedra and ephedrine are very better. the cordifolia too weak and its effects are not so nice I have been disappointed.then I advice :order ephedrine USA www.pricespower.com www.sndonline/ephedrine, montainroseherbs.com) ephedrinetablets.co.uk,...).if u wish a fucking nrj.thenforget sida cordifolia and order 'eph' : euphoric, empathic, restlessness ; lonvey...and ephedra increases ths sexual desire and pleasureand the'sex-skills?Hi from France.

took just 1 pill and i swear, i drank more than i have ever drunk in my life without being sick and smoked a stupid ammount of skunk. mates said the same. really good, kept me awake but no comedown. took 3 tabs the second time round, 1 around 3pm, then double dropped at 8pm with the last two. kept me up all night dancing like an arse :P drank a lot aswell :). really good. would recommend |

I love HerbalHighs Speedy range... This one i'm unshore of tho, although i felt something, their is better on the site. I took all four at once and felt abit more awake, slight skin tingles on my legs, possibly a little numb. 3/5 |

I took 2 of these just before I was about to go on a night out. I was so tired and didnt feel like going out but they definately gave me a bit of energy. Im gonna take all 4 next time though cos 2 just wasnt strong enough for me but I will definately be buying them again. |

To be fair I took two at once on a morning with some coffee, and they did provide some extra stimulation on both occasions I did this. Bear in mind I did not take the 3 to 4 cap dose recommended. Next time I will try a slightly higher dose level. |

Burst of energy,Tingly sensations on your skin.Once I started dancing I didnt want to stop and I found myself getting totally lost in the music. Does what it says but not strong enough for my taste. thats why I just ordered some Doves yesturday. California,USA |

I had a lot of uni work to do, and so I decided to stay up all night to get it done. Knowing that caffeine gives me a headache and makes me feel scatty I turned to the EX1s. I took 1 capsule approximately every 1.5-2 hours and they were perfect for the job. I was wide awake, motivated and working till 8am with pefect mental clarity and mild tingly sensations. The product was perfect for this job, and was miles beyond caffeine in terms of how awake I was and the lack of negative side effects. I would recommend these to anyone, and in case you were wondering, I got a first for the piece of work. |
