Our capsule products are packaged as one very decent dose for one person, which will generally give you an experience lasting 6-8 hours. Always read the packaging information as some of the products are quite strong and dosage varies.

The name 'Herbal Highs' will not show on your bank statement to ensure complete discretion! The name that will show we be off our sister company which is bolded on the invoice - please try to remember this when you get your card statement!

When your order has been placed you should receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 10 minutes of placing the order. You can also view your order when logging into the website and checking your previous orders.
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day by First Class Recorded Post. Orders placed after 4pm are despatched the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are despatched on the next working day.
Whilst your order is not showing as dispatched you can either email customer services or call us to cancel the order and we will do a full refund.
Tracking is now available on all international orders, special delivery and recorded delivery orders. When we despatch your item(s) a tracking number will be entered into your order details which you will receive via email on despatch.

If only part of your order has arrived check the despatched email confirmation to see what items are showing as despatched. If all items are marked as despatched and you do not have everything please contact our customer care team via email or telephone. You can also check the items despatched in the view orders section of your account.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for the item to be swapped with the correct item at no extra cost to you.

Occassionally your package may be stopped by customs for inspection. This is completely out of our control and we can only apologise for any delay caused if this should happen to your order.
Your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours and will take 1-3 days. Please note some items take 5 working days to be despatched but these items are detail on the product information page. There are no laws that stop us shipping some products to certain countries however it can be illegal to possess a product.
