Ingredients / Experience:
The strength of the Salvia Divinorum trip will depend on how much you take, the way you take it and your body's own chemistry. Its effects are brief and within an hour or so (usually much less) the tripper will be back to normal. It's very reassuring to hold onto this knowledge if things get messy! When smoked the effects come on very quickly: in less than a minute and usually lasts 10-30 minutes, with after effects lingering for about 60 omnites. When chewed, effects last about 60 minutes and linger for about 30-60 minutes. Salvia trips differ from those produced by other visionary drugs or herb. Salvia has many advantages:
- Salvia is legal
- Salvia is not habit forming
- Salvia is fun and bouncy
- Effects are unlike anything you will have experienced
- Salvia seldom produces adverse side-effects or hangover
- You cannot take a fatal overdose of Salvia leaves
Dosage:
Salvia should be smoked pure, ideally in a short-stemmed tobacco pipe or a bong. Mild effects can be achieved if it is rolled but generally this is not recommended. A water-cooled smoking device (a water pipe, or bong) makes it much easier to inhale large quantities of smoke. Because the smoke is cooled, it can be inhaled more comfortably without coughing. How should Salvia Divinorum be inhaled?3 to 4 large inhalations is normally sufficient - this can be consumed within two pipe/bong bowl-fulls. Each one should be inhaled slowly and deeply, then held for 10-30 seconds before exhaling. It is very important to retain each inhalation of smoke deeply in the lungs long enough for it to be absorbed efficiently. Try not to pause between inhalations. If the dose is smoked too slowly, it will be metabolized faster than it is ingested. Many people report that by using a micro-torch lighter they achieve better results. These produce a very hot torch-like flame that causes rapid combustion of the smoking material and hence produces more concentrated smoke - it is important to use them in conjunction with a water-cooled smoking device because of the extra heat generated. Begin with doses below those suggested. If there are no undesirable side effects, you can increase the dosages until you attain the high you desire.

| shit son! | | Username: tomdeath1990 | 21 Dec 08 | this stuff is the shit bitch. My mate and I took some the other day. He took more than me and so had a more intense trip. First the walls started melting, then he thought he was a sofa, and started wondering whether he'd been one his whole life.
As for me, my trip wasn't as crazy as his but was still seriously weird. Everything was moving to the left, but then quickly shifting back to the right and repeating like that in a seemingly endless cycle. I imagined my friend saying stuff to me, then realised I had imagined it, and said `you never said that', although according to him I in fact never said that. I felt I had to say stuff to break out of the shifting left cycle, but what came out was all garbled. Then I had a strange compulsion to dance. Which I did. My friend joined me, we were just dancing crazily in the middle of my bedroom.

I bought a cheap metal pipe and a turbo torch to smoke it out off. I ignored the warnings of starting with weaker extract and went straight to the 20x. Me and my mate smoked a tiny bit each , felt nothing, then i took a larger amount and smoked that. Held it as long as i could, i could hear my heartbeat faster and faster. Then next thing I know i laugh like i have never laughed before, it felt great and i was jumpin up while my friend was trying to controll me. Then i felt forces pushing me around, and my friend looked a bit like a cartoon. I shut my eyes, no visuals. Then it was over 3 minutes later, I diden't get my desired effect though. Lack of visuals and trips. But it was still a blast. Note if you want visuals you really do have to smoke 2 or 3 pinches. Otherwise you'll probably experience what i did! Great product, going to smoke a bigger hit tomoz and see where that takes me! P.S Smoke was so hot it heated up the metal pipe loads and burned my lips, so you should invest in a water bong. We followed the instructions to the letter (apart from having a sitter) and this is the quickest most powerful psychedelic stuff ever! It took me by surprise in my kitchen and then i was not in my kitchen anymore! I freaked out a bit and tried to climb the walls! It was probably for the best that it didnt last very long (5 minutes)

| Funny like a very short acid trip | | Username: Corby | 20 Aug 08 | Ok guys just to clear somthing up, you don't need a torch lighter to do this stuff, you just need a good hit that you hold in forever or until you have to cough. I got pissed up with some mates 2 weeks ago & we smoked 1g between 3 of us using a waterfall as we had no bong. I was pissing my pants laughing for I don't no how long & all of my friends were unzipping in long sections running down thier bodies, fucked up but very funny. I also felt like I was on a boat, It was really funny & I loved it.
I reckomend getting really drunk then taking a huge hit, but make sure you are not on a roof or balcony when you do it, & do make sure their are some watchers, we had some girl friends their that were not taking it so it was perfect.

The world around me was spinning and I have had a feeling that a big blue truck has parked in my kitchen... I havent seen it koz i was in another room, but i was COMPLETELY sure that the truck IS THERE! I have had laughter a lot more intense than with 1st weed experience.

So I thought, after seeing all of the videos, heard about people trying Salvia, I thought I must give it a try. One blast from that, I was on my couch beign sucked in, feeling my body feel really weird, and bit hard to breath, but not really hard to breath. In any case, it worked, I tripped. I've smoked weed, taken x and even had some fun with some prescription medications in the past - but nothing, and I mean NOTHING, can be compared to salvia 20x extract.
My first purchase from the site was the pure salvia - as I have heard it's best to gauge your way up to see what works for you. The only thing the pure stuff did for me was give me a giggly intense high for about 5 minutes - not bad, but not what I wanted.
Frustrated, I ordered the 20x extract. I was tired of watching videos and reading reviews of other peoples' experiences - it was time for my own.
We smoked tonight, me taking the main hit (just one biiiiig one) and my gf taking the rest, while her sister and sister's boyfriend were our sitters.
As I held in the hit as long as I could, the pace of my heart quickened and I handed off the hookah hose and lighter to someone else. Sitting back 20 seconds later, I exhaled a column of smoke.
The high hit me immediately, stronger than the pure stuff, but no visuals. I laughed to myself, as all of the eyes in the room were on me. Waving my hand in front of my face to see if I would witness tracers produced nothing, "Not there" I said in a confused tone.
I leaned back, sitting with my back to the closet door. But I wasn't in the bedroom anymore, instead I was in a cartoon transformers factory - but they didn't transform into cars, they changed to a Jolly Rancher type candy.
Somehow I understood that I was one as well, and that I was on the assembly line being crumbled and transformed over and over. I understand now that the two 'transformers' I saw were just two of the people in the room.
The entire time I was in this cartoon reality, I would have brief moments of clarity spawned by someone talking to me: I would come to and feel guilty and weirded out for leaving the transformers behind.
So at one point, mid-transform, I decided to tell my friends in the real world that I wasn't being killed, and that I was just helping the transformers, but all I could manage to say was "transformers" in a soft voice.
Eventually I started to come back and remained high for about 15 more minutes, laughing and trying to explain to everyone what I had seen. Apparently, I had also said the words 'candy' and 'help,' but I don't remember that.
All in all, the experience was nothing short of surreal. Trying to completely describe what I saw is impossible, as it's like having a strange dream and being able to visualize what you saw, but not explain it to anyone else.
If you are curious, TRY IT. Just be sure you have a sitter that isn't going to yell at you and freak you out.

So far on my salvia journeys ive been on a tram down seseme street, ive spoken to talking yellow buses and i even thought i was in the jungle and i was rambo. This is NOTHING LIKE WEED! Dont smoke alone! This stuff is just too mental. After i have finished my More than generously packed bag, and i do mean genoursly, this stuff will last you yonks, and beleive me, you wont finish it by yourself in a night, as i was saying, once ive finished it, im done, cutting out the herbal highs and drugs and drink. But seriouly though guys, if you want a hallucinagenic buzz, the hibenas, the strawberry fields, the X4X, the Instantly Smashed, theyre all bullshit, all just BZP and TFMMP, all same buzz, just insomnia, paranoia and raised body temp. This is THE BEST LEGAL HIGH on the market, nothing compares to it, it should be class A.I am not joking guys, if you smoke it, make sure your in good company, also make sure to take a big drag and hold it as long as possible, and where possible, use a torch lighter.

I got it mid day and packed a bowl in my bong sitting in my living room and took a rip. | Not To Be Under Estimated | | Username: Scruffy | 20 Jan 08 | Herbal highs are you sceptic? This is by far the most potent smoke I have tried to date. I sat there being a non-believer of herbals.
I took my bong, and torch lighter got myself a nice level of Salvia Extract 20X and inhaled in one. Before I could even put it down and walk away I realised what I had got myself into.
I sat down and totally lost control of the most basic instincts, the main part of this only lasts around 10 - 20 mins but they are 10 - 20 mins of massive tripping.
The experience was extreme to start with Hallucinations, not knowing what was around me, where I was and who was with me etc. You loose mainly all control of your body for this brief period and I strongly recommend having someone who is reasonably close (A Friend) when doing this the first time.
I recommend using a bong having a level scoop, use a torch lighter as well and go lie down and enjoy it. After trying this on its own try mixing it with something less intense, (Skunk) for an awesome trip "Effects are unlike anything you will have experienced". Enjoy. | Rating:

| the teacher | | Username: Devan Patel | 07 Jan 08 | didnt even know nwhat salvia was before herbal highs came along.the first time i tried it was by myself in my flat.i was in a hurry and knew the effects wouldnt last longer than 30 mins so i decided to smoke it.i was standing in my closet so as not to stink up the resta the flat, i took about 3 tokes and the bowl was burnt out.halfway through the second hit the salvia kicked in and i went blank for what seemed an eternity.i looked around not saying anything, all of a sudden i say 'i'm just going to check if anyone's in the room'(i was alone, twas impossible for someone to be there).i try walk out of the closet buit i'm not going anywhere, i'm legs are moving but i'm not going anywhere, i laughed koz i knew i was high, it kan be skary for first timers. WWhen i finaly got out, there was a large pile of clothes on the bed, i thought it was a person and i was a little scared, but soon things clear up.but even after the high is over you're still confused for a while afterwards.people, it's a trip, a must must must.my firends who are serious smokers dont feel it as much as i do, but if you are a lightweight and want to just have a strange experience i say do it.SMOKE WITH 1 GOOD FRIEND IN A FAMILIAR PLACE; PREFERABLY INDOORS
my second time playing with salvia was with a mate and his sis.we were on the comedown after 3 days straight of playing with skunk(sooooo good).and so i took out the salvia, filled up a bowl in my pipe and comenced smoking.by the second hit i was happy,i never said anything and so the other 2 were unaware i was really fuking gone.all of a sudden the pipe meshes with the christmas tree in the corner of the room, it doesnt say anything but i just assume that 'the teacher' said my friend shouldn't smake the salvia.so i put the pipe down and say THE TEACHER SAID I SHOULDNT GIVE YOU THE SALVIA.holy shit, you shoulkd've seen the other 2, LOST!!!!!!!twasa trip.people, smoke salvia, it's a trip. | Rating:

| Inconclusive results | | Username: ds2adm | 08 Dec 07 | I first tried Salvia 20x mixed with Skunk, and that gave me a little bit more than just the skunk high, in fact at times my whole body felt like it was water, and that it was being pulled and pushed at the same time.
After I tried salvia alone, the results were different, and not as pleasant.
I didn't use a torch lighter (no fuel), so I used a bic. After taking a few hits, I didn't feel much, a little strange... but nothing worth the amount of money I paid for it.
I got up and started to walk around, and my body maneuvered as if I had just downed a few bottles of vodka. I could still speak coherently, I could type, cook, and draw the same as I ever do.
Until I try it with the torch, I guess I won't really know the full effects...
I guess if you have the right accessories, you should try this stuff... otherwise, you're wasting your money. | Rating:
