Dosage:
Do not take more than one capsule within a 24 hour period. Re-hydrate with lots of water or fruit juice.

These are not herbal highs, these are semisynthetic legal highs, developed as a drug harm minimisation solution.

Thought they might just make you feel lively....but no, these give nice feelings and mixed with others (instantly smashed) give a little trippiness. I did over do it tho, as i got through a few pots. I tried smileys, beanz and instantly smashed. Smileys defo make you feel smiley! And Instantly smashed made things trippier - Gonna do them on their own next. Defo reccomend, but i feel you need to do a few for best effect, and on an empty stomach. Can feel sickly when coming up....but goes quickly....then the good vibes come. loved em :D | Rating:

Then i double dropped again!, at the pub around 9.30pm or so. I would advise everyone not to do that, it says take 3 max on the pot and it means it!!!
even though i took 4 i still handled them without any trouble, but it was an intense experience, i drank alcohol on them too but found if you drink a glass of booze you have to drink a glass of water too. You will be so insanely thirsty and you just cant stop dancing. You will also talk to anyone and be able to hold a conversation, you dont lose your faculties, which is nice. Since i took 4 i was buzzing and the most wired ive ever been until 8am!!! which was annoying since i got home at 6 and just wanted to sleep but couldnt. so 4 of these kept me wide awake for about 16 hours...
So these are wicked pills, but make the most of them by going to a club or dance festival, take them early, never take more than 3 unless you want to stay up for 16 hours?! and feel damn wierd for the last 6. Drink assloads of water, especially if you want to drink booze with them - and very important force yourself to use the toilet since you really never get the urge to go on these. One more thing, 4 pills give you totally unstoppable verbal diahorea! and pupils the size of a 5pence piece!!

2. this is the first time i have tried anything that is legal.
Ok well i must admit i was dubious, and really anyone should be, but in the past i have done pretty much all the drugs spectrum from class d to class a. I did "E" when it was still £20.00 and the stone roses were playing at spike island and everything was love n peace man!So i know what reall mdma does to your brain, BELIEVE ME i lived on the stuff when you kids were in nappies and skinny jeans were something in charity shops (unless you were a goth). ok thats my background info. So four of us got a pot each and decided to road test them at our friends place. We did one each to start...started feeling a little odd after about 40 mins then actually did start coming up, did another one in halfs. Well all i can say is dont underestimate them..they are very strong but come and go in waves, slightly like a mushroom sort of high but without paranoia or visuals that really hit home. I think maybe they would be better out on the razz or at a festival. Also psychadelic folk music seemed to sound pretty VAST on them, or try some tasty guitar driven hip hop.Also Ken barlow looked strangely attractive. We went home too early thinking the trip was over (1am). Which was a mistake as my mind was triped out in a way that really had some sparks of E in it, but i couldnt sleep. That was my experience on just two spread out. Next time I'll double drop. bad effects were 1. dry mouth. 2. bit of a dodgy stomach (but i ate 4 burgers before dropping) and really speedy so no sleep. Next day very sketchy and tierd, but not as bad as "reall" E. THIS STUFF SHOULD HAVE IT'S OWN CATEGORY IT IS A REALL MIND BENDING DRUG!!!! £4.00 a bloooody bargain..it is the future!!!!!!! | Rating:

Did mix with a lil bit of alcohol aswell (even tho I think it says not to, but it did also say on the pack not for human comsumption, but wot else was I gonna do with aload of pills in a pot)
Had no sleep until 3 pm and had dropped at 9pm the previous nite!! Had a really bad headache tho and a mouth like a bagers ass, but thats the only done fall!! But it was worth all the fun!! the next day spent all day in bed watching tele until we all passed out, but was fun!!

- keeps you awake for ages, but when i got home at 6am i could still sleep.
- I only drank a little alcohol all night, and i felt just right for the rest of it, and didnt really need to top myself up.
- chatty, at ease etc, although might be due to the booze.
-um, thats it....
some not so good things,
-had to remind myself that i needed to use the toilet, bladder hurt a bit! was full and i didnt realise. Although maybe a good thing if you dont like to visit the jon every 30 minutes.
-makes you quite thirsty, even if your not doing anything.
-I had a mild hangover which was easy to deal with but a lingering headache that lasted 2 days....
so overall its got some uses, particularily good if you want to cut down alcohol consumption, but Extacy this is not, no real euphoria, no halucinations, no real physical sensations that i could detect. Maybe next time i take them at a dance club, on an empty stomach, and drop 3 at once ;) | Rating:

You do feel a little funny next day but nowhere near as bad as you would feel if say you had been drinkin.
Yes you can look like your mashed but the beauty of being able to answer the '' HAVE YOU BEEN TAKING ILLEGALS?' with a quilt free big chessy NO, is so worth it...
Only advice I could/would and will give is you really do get a better effect if taken on an empty belly.....

I read somewhere that 3 of these will make you very smiley so thats what I took. Spread them out a bit over a couple of hours but 30 minutes after the first and i was feeling it. I was in a club at the time and the euphoria was imense. These are a really good substitute for the real thing, almost indestinqueshable infact. The high lastest for ages longer than I've ever experienced 12 hours later after some 6 hours clubbing then a coach journey home I was still seeing patterns in things, getting wonderful sensations from touching different textures and feeling happy but a little nauseous. I don't think I'd recommend taking all 3 especially if your not used to BZP or MDMA as it was a bit overwhelming in the club with so many sights and sounds and lasted much longer than I am used to, 2 would have done me fine! If your looking for legal ecstasy then look no further these are great. | Rating:

I ended up collapsed on the stage at the club, feeling really euphoric. I genuinely felt like I'd just done my first E. I felt highly amused by everything also. I was definitely copletely off it for at least three hours. Later on they got a bit trippy, but it was a nice trippy. Stayed up til 7am. How can these be legal? Very impressive. As someone with a past tendancy too dabble with illegal's, i was somewhat apprehensive about trying legal ones as i didnt think they would compare at all...(also, i didnt turn to legals as im against the illegals. i was just fed up with being ripped off on bad "stuff" n others which would just be complete fakes..)
I double dropped these in water and around an hour later began coming up slowly..The feeling didnt hit me all at once, which i find beter, as it was a more spread high over around 5 hours.
I strongly recomend these to anyone looking for illegal alternatives as when i double dropped these it was very similar to the feelings felt off the illegals...

Music definately sounds, well, just... better!
(For me atleast) no real drawbacks (only minor ones mentioned below) no nausia, no paranoia just smiles all round :)
[some] cons:
- Pupil dilation: Some may regard it as a plus ;) but just a heads up, as people WILL notice it!
- Urine retention, basically just make a consious effort to go take a pee, but it maybe difficult to start
-Tight stomach: Although, this is minor, and is probably due to not eating...
- Loss of appetite
- Dry mouth & some jaw clenching (make sure you re-hydrate efficientl with water)
Tips: Do take on an empty stomach, and DO allow upto 2 hours for them to take effect! If you're a first timer, take one, wait and hour and take another untill you feel it's right. Taking a multi-vitamen pill after the first smiley, and taking another the next morning does help!
Just be sensible and follow the instructions and you'll be fine! (I know you'll take no notice [like me on my first try] but you will regret it in the morning!). You WILL feel like death if you drink large quantaties of alchohol!
Make sure you have a day to recover mainly to get some sleep!
5/5, although there are some minor drawbacks, trust me, the possitives farrrrrrr outway the negatives! Get them, try them and Njoy them! | Rating:

| Good rush | | Username: nightstalker | 10 May 08 | When I ordered these, I was unsure if they'd have the same kick as the time smileys were in tablet form (legal smileys). I felt I should write my review at time of taking them, and I'm doing just that.
I double dropped these about 2hrs ago, and I came up within an hour. Good rush building, so may be time to drop the 3rd cap. I do enjoy these, and yes, they do just as good as when they were in tab form. I shall be buying more of these in the future.
If you fancy a good time in the legal lane, these are a must.
